Pricing is based on a minimum stay of one month, 2 adults.

Maximum occupancy:  4 adults

Refundable Damage Deposit:  USD $500

Off-Season (April 1 - September 30):  USD $2,900/Month

High-Season (October 1 - March 31): USD $3,500/Month
